To further support our organization, we are currently looking for a Marketing & Office Coordinator with a hands-on mindset and the ability to take ownership across multiple domains.
Function
This is a broad and dynamic role combining responsibilities in Marketing, Sustainability and Office Coordination, offering significant exposure across the organization.
Marketing
- Develop and maintain company presentations and communication materials
- Support and coordinate participation in events and trade fairs
- Manage and maintain social media channels
- Ensure consistency in local branding and communication
- Maintain and update the company website
Sustainability
- Translate group-level sustainability initiatives into the local context
- Support the implementation of SDG-related objectives into practical actions
- Collaborate closely with the Wellbility team and HR
Office Coordination
- Organize and coordinate meetings (local and global)
- Manage office supplies and general administration
- Ensure a professional, structured, and representative office environment
Profile
